In brief, you should know the following about us: Wally's Roast Beef was established in 1969 and had been responsible for providing outstanding quality roast beef and excellent customer service ever since. Our secret is that we start with the best USDA Choice beef.  Next we add our special blend of seasonings and slow roast the beef until it's tender and juicy.  Then we serve it on a fresh, lightly toasted Kaiser bun - the same way we've done for almost 40 years.
